Unlearning How To Breathe
Take a journey of undoing what was learned to return to the breath of life.
What is your breath like in your body? Through guided relaxation and breathing awareness exercises, you will be able to track and observe your breath and the effect of our breath in our body.
Gain an embodied understanding of the effect of learned conditioning, and the body’s habitual response to stress or trauma. During this workshop you’ll be able to experience a loosening of constriction around your breathe and the patterns of contraction that you may have been holding in your body all day, or possibly decades.
In this one-hour workshop you will:
- Learn to bring your attention to your breath.
- Be guided into a more relaxed grounded state of being.
- Disrupt habitual patterns by playfully experimenting.
- Experience relief and relaxation, and even joy.

Trained and initiated in various psychological and spiritual therapeutic healing modalities, modern and ancient sciences and technologies from around the world, I share what I’ve learned in order to restore balance and heal relationships through the healing of core, ancestral and epigenetic wounds, inviting hearts to feel joy and radiate more beauty into the world.

Through this workshop, you will:
- Explore the connection between each Chakra and developmental stages of consciousness (from infancy to adulthood)
- Gain insights into the balanced and unbalanced characteristics of each Chakra
- Access the energy of each Chakra through guided journeys
- Practice writing exercises designed to help interpret Chakra energies, access memories and reshape your relationship with the past
- Chakras are a gateway to healing
Each of our nine, 90-minute classes will feature a combination of discussion, learning and guided journeying.
In each class, we will focus on understanding a specific Chakra, including the developmental stages, affirmations and balanced characteristics.
After the discussion, the Reverend Freddie Kluth will guide you on a journey. The journey is a hypnotic story helping you connect to the energy of the chakra, the age you were when the chakra was developing within you and providing you a felt sense of each of the chakra.
Next, you will have time to collect and develop your thoughts through a writing exercise.
A private on-line class forum for sharing your insights and written work will be provided.
